what - A restaurant (refurbishment)
WHO - An investor
WHY - To create a restaurant inspired by asian culture and history.
HOW - The idea was to partitionate the whole floor space between the restaurant area, the staircase, the cold kitchen, the dumbwaiter, the walk-in fridge and the toilets to make it functional.
The seats layout offers a smooth customer circuation as well as making the service as easy as possible.
The design is reminiscent of the British Colonial period, linking Indian culture with an English location.
